Dick Otter

has his own company, LEFconsult.
He does a lot with teamtraining and – development, is distributor of the Jungian Type Index (JTI®) in the Benelux and organizes qualification workshops for this instruments. He also qualifies people for the MTR-I™ and ITPQ™. These are instruments, derived from Typology and developed by Steve Myers (UK). Dick is teacher at the Action Type Academy, where sportcoaches are learning about mental coaching, concentration styles and the connection between Typology and motor style. He worked together with the assistant coach of the Ajax Amsterdam team to profile the players and now is doing the same with the new First League Club VVV Venlo. He is qualified in Action Type® (connection Cognitive Typology, Braintyping and Motor Skills). At the latest conference in Kopenhagen he presented a succesfull workshop about Type an Topsport in Sailing together with the Topsailing Coach Jacco Koops. He is now busy making a DVD about applications of Typology in Sports, Education and Business.

Dick Otter hat seine eigene Firma, Lefconsult bv. Er hat sich auf Teamtraining spezialisiert und vertreibt den Jungian Type Index (JTI) in den Beneluxstaaten. Er qualifiziert für den Management Team Role - indicator(MTR-I), entwickelt von Steve Myers (UK). Dick ist Dozent an der Action Type Akademie. Hier lernen Sporttrainer über die Verbindungen zwischen Typologie, Coaching und Motorik. Er hat u.a. mit dem damaligen Trainer von Ajax Amsterdam die Spieler typologisiert und analysiert und macht im Moment das Gleiche für VVV Venlo, einen Erstligisten in Holland. Vor zwei Jahren hat er auf unserem Kongress in Kopenhagen, zusammen mit Topcoach Jacco Koops, einen erfolgreichen Workshop organisiert: Typen und Spitzensport beim Segeln. Momentan arbeitet Dick an einer DVD in der die Anwendung von Typologie im Sport, im Unterricht und im Betrieb thematisiert wird.
